A key to Workers’ Comp case resolution is to maintain immediate and accurate communication with employers regarding injury management. After seeing an injured worker, the physician will call the company contact to discuss the services provided, the diagnosis and their ongoing treatment plan for the injured employee. A written status report form will also be sent back with the employee, as well as faxed or e-mailed to the company. Additionally, our staff is available anytime for phone consultations and will also be glad to meet to discuss cases.
